Here I am posting and my Great Nephew "S" is cutting my grass....I LOVE IT.

Now since he's been a teenager for over a year and he did cut the grass the last summer a couple to times I have asked him if he will do the job when it is needed and without hesitation he agreed.
And that's a good thing since I have already the call kid who usually does the job and told him I won't be needing him for a couple of weeks.

Again, thank you "S"!

She has her driving hat ready and the new plate has been on for awhile.

A dear friend informed me that 'Louise' will now be call "LULU".....
I love that name. As a kid I read the comic books known as "Little Lulu" so the new name is fitting!

~~~~ It'S THAT TIME OF YEAR....CAN YOU SMELL THESE BEAUTIFUL PEONIES?

They are spectacular and I think I cut them just in time....before the big rain and wind. I have them sitting outside because as we all know for Peonies to open they have to the help of those large black ants and I didn't want the little critters in the house.

~~~ FEAST YOUR EYES ON THIS LITTLE NUMBER.....

I discovered this early work of art in a draw that I seldom use. I remember when I received the fabric at The Quilters Guild a few years ago. Didn't know what to do with it then 'bingo' it came to me. Working with small pieces I find quite interesting and here is the product of all that work. The pic below is neat too. The entire piece is machine quilted which is another thing I enjoy!

~~~ HERE'S A LITTLE 'EYE CANDY' FOR ALL YOU QUILTERS OUT THERE!

I created this little number a few years ago for L'll Sis and I had forgotten
all about it. It was an interesting project where all three squares are
blended together. I must say it is a pretty good job and I really love the colours.






This is the reverse and even the fabric still looks lovely.

Dear Grandson fractured his left wrist after jumping from his huge backyard swing. He happens to be left handed and we all know what that means.....LOL!

So that takes care of hockey for five to six weeks and 'oh my gosh' don't forget all that end of term work and assignments......poor kid!
