Now that my computer is up and ready for action here a few pix taken while I stopped for a spa day in Hot Springs ARK. The pic of Bill Clinton was taken inside the tower which is located in the very first National Park of the USA and took the ride up for a great view of the area. All this followed the adventurer to the spa. It was great, just what I needed following 4 days of travelling. I had so much energy that I drove too long and couldn't get accommodations with Internet but that was a couple of days ago.

The drive out of ARK. and into Texas went well. As I flew by Dallas and Fort Worth I waved to JR.
The scenery started to change as I passed Abilene (I know that it is not the prettiest town that you've ever scene cuz my home town has that reputation!) and small cacti started to appear on the landscape along with small scrub trees. It reminded me of areas of the Ozzy outback.

Now anyone from the Great White North is familiar with driving conditions in a white out well, I can now say that I experience driving in a Dust out the only difference is I had the A/C on at the time. There were high winds on the way to Big Spring.

I'll close for now since I have a 6hr drive ahead of me to a west Texas town of El Paso.
